"These are fantastic - more cake than muffin, gorgeous flavours and good, light texture.I creamed the orange rind with the butter and sugar, as I think this brings out the flavour a little more. I also crushed up a bar of Green and Black's Maya Gold chocolate which is slightly spiced with orange. This will be a favourite recipe, thanks!"

"This cornbread is beautifully light, has a great texture and nice flavour.I made a half batch, which was more than enough for my small family. I am not fond of sweet breads, so I substituted the mashed kernels of one ear of corn for the sugar - it gave a nice balance of sweet and savoury. Thanks for a great recipe."

"This is one of my favorite veges, and the soup pays it homage - beautiful.Because this is an indulgent ingredient, I topped the soup with garlic-sauteed king prawns and a swirl of truffle oil. The saltiness of the prawns and the fragrance of the oil married brilliantly with this soup."

"Very simple to put together and universally lapped up by the whole family. The aromas while cooking were wonderful. I added the extra beans as well, and we topped the chili with a salsa of chopped green onions and coriander leaves. I served this with polenta - a great match. Thanks - now a family favorite."
