"These are fantastic - more cake than muffin, gorgeous flavours and good, light texture.I creamed the orange rind with the butter and sugar, as I think this brings out the flavour a little more. I also crushed up a bar of Green and Black's Maya Gold chocolate which is slightly spiced with orange. This will be a favourite recipe, thanks!"

"This cornbread is beautifully light, has a great texture and nice flavour.I made a half batch, which was more than enough for my small family. I am not fond of sweet breads, so I substituted the mashed kernels of one ear of corn for the sugar - it gave a nice balance of sweet and savoury. Thanks for a great recipe."

"Very simple to put together and universally lapped up by the whole family. The aromas while cooking were wonderful. I added the extra beans as well, and we topped the chili with a salsa of chopped green onions and coriander leaves. I served this with polenta - a great match. Thanks - now a family favorite."
