"This was pretty good and simple to make. I have to admit I strayed from the original recipe a bit. I did add some curry powder and omitted the sherry and nutmeg since I didn't have any. I was scared of not having enough sauce, and I think I ended up with too MUCH sauce. Husband and son really enjoyed this."

"Big hit! Thanks for posting. We just moved to Washington from Hawaii and have been missing some plate lunches.. I used regular flour since I couldn't find Mochiko at my local grocery store and didn't feel like hunting it down. After the first few batches I fried, I decided I wanted to add another 1/4 Cup of sugar and about a teaspoon for ground gi..."

"Made these again this year, left out any extract because I didn't have any and they turned out awesome. I also made one with the mint oreos they have it, and those came out amazing! Instead of dipping in chocolate, I just rolled these (or rather, my 3 year old did in chocolate sprinkles. I like the crunch they give! ---
These are DEFINITELY f..."

"I really liked this and I felt super cool serving it - because I am a canned soup cooker 90% of the time. I did add a can of Rotel just to add some color to the dish, and my husband complained that I didn't stuff the enchiladas with enough chicken and cheese, but aside from that it was a hit..and I -really- liked it the next day. Thanks for postin..."

"Made this as directed except with less chicken AND i didn't have an onion.. (could've sworn I did.., anyway.. I honestly thought it was a little too..tomato-y for me..but then again, I'm not a tomato fan. My husband liked it, had seconds, and is taking it to work for lunch so in that regards I am happy he enjoyed it and will more than likely make..."

"My husband LOVED this recipe, he is a huge mac and cheese fan and this fit the bill for him. I LIKED it, ONLY because it's the first time I ever had velveeta and it was just toooo much for me. I didn't add pimentos because they are expensive as can be where I live, and I used fresh mushrooms. Next time I will probably use just grated cheddar in p..."

"My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe! He had seconds and even took some for lunch at work today. I had some for lunch too and think like many things it's totally better the next day! I did add..oh, two or three more tablespoons of chili powder than the recipe called for, just because I really like the chili taste. Thanks for posting this."

"This didn't receive rave reviews in my house but it was GOOD. : It was easy to put together, and I added a few more veggies just to round out the meal a bit more (and make enough to feed 2 men and a toddler boy as well as 2 women. And it was nice that no one knew there was ketchup in it ; My son ate a fair amount of the chicken and I served it ..."

"This was a huge hit at dinner last night. I followed the directions to the letter except I did use a bit more bread crumbs. I thought the recipe was salty but I didn't add ANY salt, so it may be the fact that I'm 9 months pregnant. Everyone else at the table said it was PERFECT. I wish I had a baking rack so that these could've had a crispier coat..."
