    "So impressive!
I've made three times, and every time someone has said it's the best dessert ever!
Freeze at least 24 hours, it's better when frozen.
Although it isn't light in calories, it is a light dessert, with the perfect crunch!
I'm sure I will make again and again!"

Reviewed Potato Hash with Baked Eggs

"This is NOT just potatoes and eggs! (As someone said in their review The Parm and oregeno at the end makes this soooooo flavorful! I have made this many times and it is always a hit! I served this with fresh fruit and Ina's vanilla and honey yogurt! Yum!"

    Reviewed Beef Shepherd's Pie

"Maybe I'm just used to my Mom's, but I thought this dish was very bland. I followed the recipe and at the end even added more s & p, worcestershire sauce, and oregano. I love this show and all the other recipes I have tried.
One of my guests, trying to make me feel better I think, said that Shepherd's Pie is supposed to be bland!"

    Reviewed Chicken Enchiladas

"This was a great and easy recipe. I added a can of hot enchilada sauce to the sauce just for an extra kick! I also added a can of sliced balck olives to the top. We topped these with sour cream, chopped roma tomatoes and guacamole. The cinnamon in this dish is a very nice touch. As Rachel would say...Yummo!"

"This was a tedious dish, but was just great!! I also used more coconut and ended up making more batter too. The sauce really makes it. I REALLY liked this dish and will do it again when I have plenty of time!"

"I marinated these over night, and still not much flavor. There was a sweet flavor (honey, but the sesame flavor didn't come through. I even lightlyt sprinkled with sesame seed at the last 10 mins of cooking. They were good buy I won't use this recipe next time."
