    About Me

I live in the the Flint Hills of Kansas. One of the most beautiful spots in the world. I have heard the called God's Backyard and I think that is an apt discription.

I work from home doing computer support and training for a national marketing company. I travel some.

I really enjoy cooking. As we live so far from decent resturants and my DH has an 80 mile commute one way, we have decided to make the most of our meals at home! We save money by eating at home. And we have found that the food is better at home than in most eateries!

    Favorite Foods

I am an adventurous eater. I like to sample different cuisines. I am not much into slimy foods like okra and raw oysters, but I love fired okra and fried oysters. Hubby will eat most anything that he doesn't have to fight with, so when we have steamed crab, I pick and he eats half!
