    About Me

I'm a busy Waldorf homeschooling mama of 6 children 8 years old and younger. My passions are writing, traveling, teaching and creating. My favorite cookbooks are the Moosewood series and my pet peeves are mean people.

    Favorite Foods

Right now I am trying to transition my family to a higher raw food diet along the principles of Joel Fuhrman's Eat to Live diet. At the moment my children love the berry fruit smoothies I make them for breakfast. My German husband loves it when I make him something from his country like Schnitzel or Rouladen.

My favorite retaurants usually serve ethnic cuisine of some sort.
