These really hit the spot and super easy gives this recipe 5 stars! I dusted my cut up meat with the seasonings (omitted the salt and pepper and used Weber';s Kickin Chicken seasoning instead). Otherwise, I made according to recipe and instructions. Served with Low Carb Tortillas and I am a very happy camper! Thanks for sharing!!"

Oh my what a rub!! Love that there was no sugar in it. Full of flavor - not too spicy and delish on the oven baked ribs. We did cut back a bit on the cayenne pepper but that was the only change I made. Thanks for 2 great recipes that fed us well tonight! I';ll be using this rub again and again!"

Rosie you did good girl!!! These ribs hit the spot! Meat was falling off the bone - so very tender and yet still juicy. I elected to NOT sauce mine, hubby did his. Either way these are the bomb! The instructions were nice and clear, easy to follow. Next time we don';t want to brave Mother Nature, I now know how to get our rib fix! Thanks...

Love the zing the red wine vinegar gives this salad. So much tastier than some of the others. Left overs are beyond awesome on a bed of chopped romaine leaves. Hubby gave this a thumbs up. Great recipe!!"

Larry watched a cooking show about smoking yesterday and wants to try it. Smoking some sausage and a pan of baked/smoked beans in the smoker, fresh corn on the cob (on the grill) and wilted lettuce. I love this time of year!!"

Today I made Blueberry Pie Blueberry Filling for Pies - I don't like how the glaze changes the texture of a flaky crust. Just wondering if I am odd on this.
