"This was the best split pea soup I have made, and I have made it for years. I followed the recipe using 1/2 chicken broth as was suggested. I added the liquid smoke. I used a smoked ham hock and some Dietz and Watson smoked ham cut in cubes. The seasonings were perfect just as stated - didn't change a thing. Can't wait to make it us..."

"These were great. My guests loved them. The skin was flavorful and crunchy and the inside was nice and moist. I used a seasoned salt mix to rub on the potatoes.. I used 4 large potatoes and only used 1 cup of sour cream. Definitly will be my go-to twice-baked recipe."

"We thought this dish was very tasty and very easy to put together. It also looked beautiful when plated - I wish we had taken a picture - I will the next time I make this. I think the problem some others may have had was the size of the pieces of chicken. I used very large boneless, skinless breasts (11 ozs each) and bone-in thighs. If you use..."

"LOVED this salmon. Quick to put together and no need to watch it and turn it over! I usually grill, but was looking for something a little different since we sometimes have salmon twice a week. I only used 1/2 of a large clove of garlic and it still added a wonderful flavor; used only 4TB of oil and I used fresh basil along with the fresh parsley..."
