    "This soup was great. Perfect for a cold winters night. I did use light cream cheese at room temperature and could not get the cheese to blend completely. I will try again with regular cream cheese next time. Fast and easy."

    "I was looking for an easy "mock hollandaise sauce" recipe and found this one. It was excellent. I even used light butter and 2% milk and it was quite tasty even if a little bit thin in texture. I also added a little salt, black pepper and cayenne. One bowl. Ten minutes max. I plan to put this one in my permanent file. Thanks for sharing."
