    "Excellent recipe. BE SURE to skin the tomatoes first, which is so easy to do. Look it up on Youtube. Also, VERY important to know: WEAR LATEX OR RUBBER GLOVES WHEN CHOPPING THE JALAPENO PEPPERS! Although it may seem like common sense, I never made salsa before and didn't think to protect my hands when chopping peppers. Huge mistake and dumb, ..."
