Reviewed Asian Cole Slaw
"Tasty and easy to make. I added a dash (or actually several dashes) of sriracha thai hot sauce, which was a nice addition."

Reviewed Asian Salmon Burgers
"This was a nice variation on the typical salmon patties. Instead of using the spinach, I topped the burgers with an Asian cole Slaw, like Asian Cole Slaw, and I used pita pockets instead of buns."

I do most of the cooking for my household, which includes 3 semi grown humans and a dog and a cat.
I try not to limit myself, but everyone seems to like foods with strong, bold flavors such as Tex-Mex, Latin, Thai, Chinese and Eastern European dishes. Because I partly grew up there, my kids think that Filipino home cooking is comfort food, although traditional Midwest comfort foods always go down well, too.
In 2010, to date, I have lost about 50 pounds using Weight Watchers (with a lot more to go). Of course, this means everyone in the house is on a diet too ! And it also means that I am always on the lookout for WW friendly dishes, and recipes that can be adapted or made healthy.
