I am only the "father" of a chef, but do enjoy wonderfully prepared dishes. I love to define and formulate many "different and exciting" dishes and meals.
My favorite recipes for my family are: Bolognese Sauce, Pork Green Chile, Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Noodle Dinner, Pork Tenderloin with Orange and Ginger, Crawfish Etoufe, Clay Pot Orange Duckling, Mango Salsa, Pasta Fagioli Soup, Italian Sausage with Tortellini soup, Black Bean and Rice Enchiladas, Black Bean and Corn Salsa, Churraso with Chimichurri Sauce, Jambalaya, all day Smoked Turkey, Spicy Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce, Hot and Sour Soup, and many variations of prepared fish.
Favorite Dish is my all day Smoked Turkey.
I am famous for my Bolognese Sauce.
My favorite restaurant would be le Train Bleu in Paris.
