I am studying for my MBA. Better late than never! I love sewing, music- playing as well as listening, and traveling. I also love animals and children...not necessarily in that order!. I like to cook for the same reason I love sewing: you take somthing in one form and when you finish it is something totally different and usually beautiful!
Fish: Carp, Mackerel, Red Snaper, Rainbow Trout, Salmon
Meat: Chicken & Turkey (limited)
Dairy: I drink soy milk and I use butter. Yogurt, Mozzarella, Feta, Ricotta (limited)
Fats: Flaxseed oil, olive oil. canola oil and cod liver oil (limited)
Nuts: Peanuts, Pumpkin seeds....Absolutely no Brazil, cashews, or pistachios
Beans: Aduke, Azuki, Black,Green, Pinto, Red soy, Lentils and Black-eyed peas....Absolutely no copper, garbanzo, kidndey, lima, navy, red, tamarind
Grain: Amaranth, Buckwheat
Bread & Noodles: Essene, Ezekiel, Soya flour, Sprouted breads. Rice Cakes. Oat, rice, Rye flours. Soba Noodles, and Pasta

I have just learned that my blood type is a- and as an "A" my diet should consist of All vegetables. However, chicken, turkey, and fish are allowed. I am now trying to eat in accordance with my blood type. Its a good thing I'm a vegetable lover. According to the diet, the fresher the veggies, the better. So, I will be looking for recipes on that end. No beef (I don't eat that much anyway), No POrk (I love Neckbones, ribs, and ham), and no crustateans (a big blow to my shrimp, crab, and scallop loving self) I need help as I am just starting out.
