    Reviewed Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

"Been looking for a good chicken cordon bleu casserole. This is my favorite so far! I changed it up a little. I think I used cream of mushroom instead of cream of chicken. And I realized I didn't have dried onions so I used fresh, finely chopped. And I'm glad I did! The buttery oniony top was yummy!"

    Reviewed Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

"I found it good but not great. Love the idea of chicken cordon bleu casserole, but I think I'll continue my search. This definitely needs something else... more spice, for certain. Probably will have rice with it next time, but even still, it feels like it's missing flavor. Not bad, just not great."

Reviewed Roasted Cauliflower & 16 Roasted Cloves of Garlic

"Delicious! Made this for Thanksgiving, so part of the time, it was in the oven at the wrong temperature. It came out with the garlic slightly crunchy and a bit too flavorful. Upon reheating on the stovetop, though, it was just perfect. Garlic was delicious. Don't know if that was because of the slightly varying temperatures or if I'd cook it a bit ..."

    Reviewed Cornbread Quiche

"Excellent! We found this recipe in one of those old "everyone submit your favorite recipes" books. We didn't do the onions because my cooking partner didn't like them (will definitely do next time though) and used fresh, steamed broccoli. It was very easy to make and delicious! Will definitely return to this one for a quick, easy, mostly healthy me..."

    Shared Recipe Watermelon Fruit Dip

"Good fruit dip. This actually makes a goodly portion. You may want to halve the recipe, but there's still that problem of watermelons being huge and it's better to make larger recipes so they don't go bad.

If you have a blender big enough, this is best for this recipe. You don't need to worry about cubing the watermelon. If not, the watermelon w..."

    Shared Recipe Grilled Fruit Salad

"Recipe found at Foodchannel.com. There's a lot of variation in this recipe. We decided we liked the sauce so much we tripled it. Kind of a little piggy, but we enjoyed it. I think kiwi, peaches, pears, papaya, etc., would all be good additions. Add a few drops of fresh lemon juice to the olive oil if you don't have lemon-infused olive oil. We used ..."

Reviewed Incredibly Delicious Cheese Garlic Bread Spread

"It was good. Got a really good bread that it seeped into really well. But... may want to try a different one next time. It was a little too buttery (and I love butter), but the recipe calls for a bit of variation in butter. I think we used the higher amount of butter."
