    "This was fantastic! Loved the flavors. I was worried there weren't enough spices, but boy was I wrong! I had to use canned tomatoes, but next time I'd like to use fresh. And the only rice I had was basmati and it didn't really brown, but it didn't seem to matter. Fantastic rice dish!"

    "This was incredible. I loved the rich texture of the soup...you could almost use it over pasta noodles! (actually, that's not a bad idea at all It's comfort food at it's best. Very simple to make, just takes a bit of time. We served it with Italian grilled cheese sandwiches.

    "This was worth every second it took to cook. I felt like I was back in Italy eating dinner, it was that good. Hubby raved about it all night and the next morning, and bragged to everyone at work.
