    I am a food fanatic!  I love to eat therefore I love to cook.  I enjoy cooking for anyone adventurous enough to eat it.  I say that because I rarely follow recipes and experiment relentlessly. Fortunately for me, most of the time, things turn out with only the occasional “crash and burn” (with more of the emphasis on burnEmbarassed). Most of the time the results seem to outweigh the expectations and that is when cooking is fun!  I also really enjoy trying to recreate those things that I often crave but can no longer get, or just don’t want to “go out” for.
