Reviewed Quick and Easy Pizza Dough
    Handle
     |  By trishypie

"I had my doubts, but this dough was pretty good! I had to add about half a tbsp of water when adding the 2nd cup of flour, and I kneaded it for 5-10 minutes to get the right texture. It made one medium sized pizza, baked in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, then with the broiler on for another 2 minutes. My only complaint is that the crust unde..."

"This was a great, easy recipe! I followed the instructions and added the egg white about 2-3 minutes into the "plain bread" cycle on my machine.

When my bread machine went into it's first "rest" cycle (about 15 minutes in or so, I opened it up and used a spatula to scrape off the sides and add everything to the ball that was forming, ..."

Reviewed Pork Chops With Onion Sauce
    Handle
     |  By Benny'sGirl

"I really liked this recipe, especially as I don't like the taste of plain pork chops. It was pretty easy, although I think I may have used a bit too much cider vinegar. Also, the dijon mustard taste is a bit strong as I was finishing eating it, so I think next time I'll add a bit of regular mustard to tone it down. I used three smaller pork cho..."

"This recipe was nice and easy in the slow cooker. I wasn't sure what to serve it with, I just made plain potatotes, but I think something like wild-grain rice would go better as it has a comforty, earthy taste. When I first put it in the slow-cooker, I was worried that there wasn't enough liquid but when I served it there was too much - I guess ..."

"This recipe is really good! I let it sit in the fridge for 2 days, and the bacon and peach flavours come out beautifully. This will be a nice salad to bring for those summer BBQ's, thanks for sharing!"

"I was worried that this would turn out to be a mess, but it was pretty easy to make and SOOO good! I used fat-free deli ham and light Havarti (I had both in the fridge; I couldn't find Muenster, but that's my next mission = and it gave the chicken a great smoky, creamy flavour. I'm not a fan of dijon but it was just right in this recipe. Note,..."

     |  By *christie

"This meatloaf was really good, basting it with the sauce kept it nice and moist. I used ground turkey instead of the sausage meat. I used about half of the sauce after the first 30 minutes, then drained the pan again and re-basted after another 25. I'll be making this again, thanks for sharing it! PAC 2011"

"The only reason I'm giving this recipe a 4 instead of 5 is because although the cookies are good, there's nothing really special about them and they turned out a bit too sweet. However, I scaled the recipe down and it seemed like I used too much chocolate chips. I loved the idea of using M&M's, though! PAC 2011"

    Reviewed Simple Breaded Chicken Drumsticks
    Handle
     |  By thechefimpersonator.com

"This reciep was simple but really good! I left it in the oven for about 50 minutes, then covered with foil while my potatoes finished up and some of the areas of the drumstick with less meat was a bit dried out, but great crispy flavour and even fairly healthy. I'll try it again with a meatier piece of chicken, like bone-in breast or thigh."

"I've made this quite a few times with different marinating times and it's been great! I generally stick to the recipe, although this time I'm using much hotter peppers than jalapeno, so we'll see how that works! This is one of the few recipes where you can really taste the beer, nice and easy for a weeknight dinner. Thanks for posting!"
