I live in North Carolina, USA. I've got two kids ages 3 and 4-one girl and one boy, one husband, one fish, and one dog. I love to cook, I love to plan meals, and I love to read cookbooks, which makes Recipezaar my type of crack-rock.
When I'm not on Recipezaar, I own my own dental practice. I have a lot of fun there and like to treat my patients like family (better than family, actually).
Fried chicken. I love it. I think it's pointless to eat chicken any other way. And boneless, skinless chicken breasts??-- Useless. Don't even get me started.
We eat all types of ethnic food: Thai, Indian (my husbands FAVORITE), German, Scandinavian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean...you name, we love it.
I love southern biscuits too, with honey. And candy, I love candy.
I tend to like pasta with 'dry' sauces. Aglio e olio, oil and cheese, fried egg and cheese...
I suppose I'm famous for my breads and desserts. I have a killer bread pudding recipe (I need to test it again before I post it) and my FIL loves my potato rolls.
