"Well, these are definately going on my Christmas Cookies list this year! Everybody mentioning 'sweet' worried me a bit so I omitted the white sugar, and they were still sweet enough to my liking. Didn't have white choc chips so chopped up 75g of plain white chocolate. I used a tablespoon measure (dipped in water to keep the dough from sticking ..."

"This makes a lovely bread and to be honest, I thought it was even better the next day. (Makes a delicious sandwich with good ol' scrambled eggs, by the way! Didn't have Mixed Herbs, so used Italian Herbs as a sub. Made the dough in the bread machine and then popped it in the oven at 175°C for 40 minutes."

"This made a very tasty loaf of bread with a great texture. I made the recipe as written, but had to add another 3 tablespoons of water as I thought the dough was a bit dry after the initial kneading. Made the dough in the bread machine and then baked it in the oven. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!"

"Easy to throw together and when properly cooled, the dough is easy to work with. I was out of butter so used margarine instead - the cookies were good, but they surely taste even better when made with butter."

"Nice, simple recipe and the dough is a pleasure to work with. This is a great recipe if you want to 'convert' someone that hates gingerbread. I don't like gingerbread but that didn't stop me from eating quite a few! :"

"Great recipe, and it tastes just like at the sushi restaurant! I'm late in rating this - we love sushi and used the recipe twice in two weeks already. (Tip: Have a bowl of lightly sugared water at hand when working with the rice to keep your hands/utensils moist to keep the rice from sticking to your hands/utensils. This is a keeper, thank you. ..."

"Delicious! Made the recipe exactly as posted, and it turned out great. However, there are two things that weren't clear: what to do with the vanilla essence still left after the soaking, and what crust setting to use. I ended up throwing the left-over essence away and for safety chose a light crust setting. (Just as well or the crust may have b..."
