"I love these cookies! The dough/batter was so fluffy I was afraid they wouldn't set right but they are moist and delicious! The lemon extract gives them just the right kick and my kids really do love them. I only neede to bake them for @ 12 minutes but other then that I followed the recipe to the letter."

"Made these for a chicken soup I was making. I've never made noodles before and they turned out fantastic! "These are wonderful tasting muffins! They have a nice texture as well. The only change I made was to use whole milk instead of skim, because thats just what we had. Still came out great! If you are making your own crumbs in the food processer, you get about 3 cups from 2 inner packages of crackers. 3 cups = 2/3 of a 14 oz box of crackers."
