"Fantastic recipe! I didn't have tomato sauce on hand, so I just pureed a 29 oz can of diced tomatoes instead. I also left out the chopped tomatoes cause I didn't have any, added a huge hand full of chopped mushrooms and left out the chili peppers so my kids didn't have a fit. Simmered it for a few hours on really low and it was fantastic. Like ..."

"These are fantastic and so fast!!! I take them to pot lucks all the time and people love them. I also added a bunch of extra veggies, just cause I had them on hand, sweet potato, turnip, spinach and some celery. My kids loved it and asked for it for lunch the next day. Th..."

I have 2 of the coolest kids in the world. They are incredibly weird, but they keep me moving. I've worked in my family's printing business for the past 15 years. I always swore that I would never work with my family. I came to help out for one week while a guy went on vacation, and I've never left. My kids come to work with me when they aren't in school. My mom has the office to the left of me, and my dad to the right. When we are getting along, everything is great LOL. I like cooking. I can't say I love it, but I do love to try to take regular recipes and make them more "wholesome". Changing things to more natural ingredient, adding extra nutrition, fiber etc.
Salsa. I'm obsessed with salsa.
