"Lovely scone recipe, and great use of the heavy cream to make both the butter and the buttermilk for using in the recipe. These were a hit in my house - we used a combination of black & red raspberries, mulberries, and blueberries."

"Totally hit the spot when snowed in during a blizzard. We used the full amount of butter and it was just decadent and comforting. Best comfort dish we've had in a while. We used rotisserie chicken meat to save time - great use of leftover chicken."

"Such an easy and satisfying recipe. The sauce comes out a little thinner than I prefer for pasta, but it's just right for sausage sandwiches. A definite keeper!"

"Awesome! We usually don't have much luck making Indian dishes here at home, but this one is restaurant quality. Following the old adage "you can always add more but can't take away" we started with half of the amount of garam masala and worked our way up to about 3/4 tsp."

"Wonderful recipe, even my spinach hating husband loved it. Almost indistinguishable in flavor and texture from Boston Market's creamed spinach."

"What a wonderful way to use fresh seasonal veggies from the farmers market. Loved the flavor of this - it was a real hit at my house! It would have been even better with more veggies - they were the best part."

"Great risotto - it doesn't sound good on paper but somehow it really works well in the final product. I substituted cauliflower for the broccoli (it was what I had on hand, -and used the mushroom broth instead of vegetable, and it was fantastic. Just the right amount of creaminess and bite, and a great recipe for people who are making risotto for..."

"Absolutely delicious! Perfect with crusty bread, and actually improves with age."
