"Wow! I love this dish. We had parmesan crusted tilapia along with this and the wonderful husband only had one suggestion for next time - MAKE MORE! Quick, easy and fabulous. Thanks!"

"What a good way to have your stroganoff without all the fat/calories. The flavor obviously isn't as deep as the full fat version, but we added a little burgandy wine and ate it over rice (so we didn't expect it to taste like stroganoff we have over noodles. It was very satisfying and I didn't feel bad about eating it! Thanks Derf - we'll make thi..."

"Great soup. We added a little more chicken than called for and added about a teaspoon of cumin. Will have this one again! Thanks for the recipe."

"This recipe was delish! I added a little corn starch to water and poured in at the last and brought to a simmer/boil to thicken the sauce slightly. We served over angel hair too. (thanks to other reviewers for both tips! We will definately have this one again. Very quick, simple and flavorful. Thanks Chia for sharing!"

We were a little disappointed, it smelled so good, but it seemed to lack flavor considering the ingredients. We did forget the sour cream so that may have made a difference. A lot of stuff for not much ..."

"This recipe was good. My meat and potatoes man suggested we add chicken next time! But he was interested in eating it again and that is a good enough test for me. I think I will use the coating for other vegetables, we ate some of the eggplant before we got it into the dish. My only problem was deciding how thick the eggplant needed to be. We cut..."
