    "I didn't have veal, so I pounded out chicken breast until it was thin. I also was out of cream so I used evaporated milk. It turned out excellent. I will definately be making this again and again!"

    "Great sauce, just like Chuy's. I used the hot variety of Hatch Chile's, freshly roated at HEB. Great with stacked chicken enchiladas, steak burrito's, or blended into white rice. Just use it sparingly unless your sure about the heat!"

    "I was taken by surprise that Bobby Flay would make a German Chocolate cake using regular cocoa instead of German Chocolate. The flavor of the two chocolates are completely different. While Bobby may have won, he won by making a great chocolate cake, not by making a great German Chocolate cake!
