    "Yum! I halved the recipe and followed the recommendations of others to mix the brown sugar and pecans together and then roast them. I also used 1/2 Splenda and 1/2 granulated sugar for the mix and Splenda brown sugar for the roasted nuts to cut down on the kcals. Also used low fat cream cheese and lite sour cream.     "This roast is great! I seved this with twice baked sweet potatoes and the flavors really complimented each other nicely.
