"This was perfect in every way! Easy to make, delicious, nutritious, quick, satisfying. I always use old fashioned oats and added them at the same time as the quinoa cooking them together for a total of 15 minutes. I think adding the oatmeal took a big of that "edge" off the quinoa. Opted for dried berries this time although I was out of dried blue..."

"~Tasty Dish~ and I enjoyed preparing this bread yesterday for Elevenses. Subbed whole milk for evaporated and 1 cup of spring whole wheat for regular. Cranberries reduced to 3/4 cup. Made two loaves and the loaves baked in about 30 minutes. Tried it with this spread: Recipe #489593 Yum! Made for Veg Tag/November."

"I took Elmotoo's suggestion and crisped the tofu first. The tofu was cubed, tossed
with Spectrum's Asian cooking oil, 1 teaspoon of pureed lemongrass and broiled for about 15 minutes or until crispy. Used an entire can of coconut milk (14 ounces. For color, a little bit of finely minced carrot was garnished on top of our rice bowls along with..."

"First I cut the recipe down to 1 cup yield. Chipotle powder replaced ancho powder.
We used this to make fluffy egg tostadas: corn tortillas, eggs, arugula and spinach,
grated carrot, cilantro and Mesa red sauce. Served with a side of pinto beans. Very good!
Reviewed for Veg Tag/November."

"The only reason I won't star rate this is because with one hour and forty minutes left in the
ABM I accidentally unplugged the machine! So, lined a loaf pan with parchment paper,
dumped the bread dough in, covered and let rise in warm oven for about 25 minutes. Baked at 375 for 25 minutes and a perfect loaf of bread appeared! Yay! Three q..."

"Goodness, these are like super naughty gourmet peanut butter cups. ?Adios Reese's Peanut Butter Cups! I used a small craft painter's palette to shape the cups. Next time I'll lightly grease the palette so they pop out of the mold a little easier. I tried half almond butter and half peanut butter. Also added about 1 teaspoon of agave nectar and a p..."

"I was going to rate this a high 4 stars but chose 5 stars because lima beans need all the help they can get. I used frozen organic lima beans. First I sauteed onion until crispy, about 15 minutes. Added garlic, the seasonings, preserved lemon (but not the lemon and zest about 1/2 cup of vegetable broth. Covered and simmered for 10 minutes to allo..."

"This was super easy to throw together. The recipe was cut in half and I only added a little bit of sugar (1/2 T. My main was chili with squash and so no more sugar was needed in the cornbread. I wanted to substitute part whole wheat for unbleached white but forgot! Next time! The bread was crumbly- however not dry and a high riser. Baked in a pre..."
