What should you know about me? I'm a chocolatier. I used to be a university professor, but gave that up for a life of sweets. I'm currently in Alberta, Canada, but have lived in many different places. I was born and mostly raised in New York City.
What do I do for fun, besides make candy, bake, and cook? I like to paint and I play piano a bit, but these days most of my time is filled up with my darling ittle baby boy.
I love so many foods, it's hard to narrow them down. It would be easier to say what I don't like (okra, lima beans, most but not all organ meats, cooked zucchini, most cheeses). Most important to me is that whatever I'm eating be well prepared. I'm a dyed in the wool food snob and I'm not ashamed to admit it. My favorite restaurant is Vau, in Berlin, Germany.
I'll cook just about anything, but baking is my passion, after chocolate.
