Most of my cooking is highly 'experimental', although there haven't been too many non-edible things in all the years. Into traditional foods the last few years. Like to cook. Love this site for recipe ideas...even if I don't always follow them exactly!
Started my gluten, casein, soy, peanut free journey about a year ago. I've missed bread more than I thought I would. Although, I am learning as I go, and trying not to be discouraged at the semi-failed science projects in a pan!
Used to be cheese, but since I discovered that I have food issues, I'd have to say fresh summer fruit...and chocolate...really good dark chocolate!
A good funky pizza is up there. Favorite yet is carmalized onions and mushrooms, with goat cheese, and balsamic glaze...now if I could just find a dependable crust to put it on!
