    About Me

"I do the cookin around here as long as she tells me what she wants to eat."

Just kidding, I love to cook and as a retired  Army Officer, I am able to find the time when my wife Paula can't.

I have always loved to eat so finding the love in cooking was easy. I got the bug when Paula and I met, she is Italian, and the experience of cooking italian dishes is devine. I was hooked got all the mag's no T-Shirts.

I would love to go to school for culinary some day, Johnson & Wales is here in Providence, we'll see.
