    About Me

I enjoy making low fat recipes for my husband and I.  I typically bake most dishes, do not own a bbq and try not to avoid fried food recipes.  If I cook anything on the stove I use cooking spray or very small amounts of coconut oil.

I am hoping to get into baking breads and cakes as I was was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, so I need to find alternative recipes.

    Favorite Foods

I love stuffed mushrooms, crab cakes, bbq ribs, cheese and all Italian food.
