"This was extremely salty. After reading several reviews, I decided to only use 2 teas. of garlic salt. It was still too salty. I think you could skip it altogether. There's enough sodium in the other ingredients to satisfy. Sorry."

Hi, I work full time as the Head Cook for a school system in a small community in Wisconsin. Most days the cooks prepare enough food to feed 2500 students and staff in the grade school to the high school. Believe it or not about 80% of the entire school district eats hot lunch. Almost everything we make is from scratch. Including the bread and buns we use daily. Nothing is deep fried. It's a pretty healthy lunch program that we offer. I'm married and have a teenage daughter and son. I obviously enjoy cooking. My family are not fussy eaters at all. So they are pretty much willing to try new things. Which is good for me but not always good for them. Love to eat out and try new restaraunts. I love having someone else cook for me. That doesn't happen too often though! And you can never have enough cookbooks in your collection.
I love salads with greens, any dish with chicken, seafood, comfort foods, pizza is my weakness, especially thin crust ones. I could easily pass on desserts. Not much of a sweet tooth I guess.
