    About Me

    Want to cook healthy, natural and light.  I dislike processed and packaged foods....I like cooking from scratch.  We are a household of two, so I like recipes geared to those proportions.  I like learning new techniques as well as finding new recipes.  I strongly dislike  all cheeses, yogurts and mayonnaise in recipes and foods.  LOVE asian cuisines!  I live in California....the new California Cuisines are rocking (just leave off the feta, please....)  I am so NOT a foodie....I'm a picky eater, but I use the "Sneaky Chef" methods for getting my important veggies, fiber and all-around nutrition.  I feel better when I eat better! 

    Favorite Foods

    HOMEMADE PIZZA whole-wheat pizza dough comes out of my bread machine.  Homemade sauce comes out of my garden with roma tomatoes, basil, sweet peppers and jalapenos. AND a little red wine!  I love to bake!  My Favorite Restaurant is The Blue Bayou Restaurant....yes, the one inside Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland!!!
