"I wasn't sure what i was looking for. I had leftover ham (instead of bacon and ground beef. So much for leftovers. Had to plate it with lettuce and foil wrapped potatoes for some color. All gone!"

"Really very good. I was tired when I made it and wanted a 1 course pan, so I added 2 boxes of frozen creamed spinach. No cayenne or buttermilk in the house so a little tabasco, red pepper flakes and milk with a tablespoon of sourcream. Sopped it up with refridgerator biscuits. Weekday keeper."

"I was looking for something VERY fast tonight as we had a swim meet within 90 minutes. This was not only comparable to mac&cheese in time, but took a thumbs up from each of them in terms of "repeat performance acceptable". There are many ways to keep this one healthy, so thanks! I used FF cream of mushroom though (have never seen cream of shrimp."
