    About Me

    I love cooking spicy foods, but my family doesn't like spicy food too much. My favourite kind of spicy food is Louisana style. If I cook anything like that I eat it alone.

    My favourite cookbook are Nova Scotian (I am one by birth), but I enjoy experiencing other foods.

    I have a domestic partner and two kids, 1 boy 8 years old and 1 girl 2 years old.

    Favorite Foods

    I like Louisana Mud Bugs, Cajin Chicken, Chinese, Rare steak, homemade apple pie. Pancakes with freshly tapped Ontario Maple Sugar. And I like the sweet and flavourful meditteranian foods, sausage, saurkraut. Irish foods. I like to much to mention.

    My family loves it when I cook up my spicy dry spareribs. My favourite is corned beef and cabbage or Hodge Podge.

    My favourite restaurants are: The Mandarin, Kelseys, Mr. Greek, The Organ Grinder, Under the Volcano (London, ON). I don't to dine out much.
