Hi! I'm from Huntington, New York and as my name says, I'm a cookin mom of 3! My oldest daughter is 9, my son is almost 7(where's the time going!!!!) and my baby Ella is 4 1/2!! I LOVE to cook even though things get a little hectic around here! My family and friends are my WORLD and I love making them smile with my cooking. I love meeting new people and sharing recipes-I have some really good ones!!
Italian is definitely my favorite food-lasagna and baked ziti!! My husband who LIVES for fishing has hooked me (hahaha) on seafood-lobster, clams and swordfish!
I'd have to say I'm most famous for my chicken caccitore and my beef stew (which I've made for every pregnant friend and relative when they get home from the hospital-comfort food in time of need!!) Summertime is probably my most hectic season since we practically live on the beach!! We take my husbands truck and drive on the south shore of long island and we have our own private beach on the north shore in Asharoken where we build fires and BBQ with the kids and our family and friends! We take our small boat and bring the kids fishing-they love catching snapper!!! The weeks go so fast!!
