    About Me

    love cooking from scratch; one of us is a baker and the other handles the meals with planning and prep shared by both. Famous chili and spag sauce made without recipes for 20 guests or more (large ext. family), but crazy about grilling, and great cuts of beef for decadent, savoury meals shared with others with bottle(s) of red. The Podleski sisters make recipes fun, fairly quick and affordable, and easy on the calorie intake. If in Ottawa and area, check out the excellent restaurant scene (Al's and Hy's for red meat and wine the same) or the table d'haute at Chez Piggy's in Kingston, Ont. ( too many others to mention, as it seems foodies are well served in many places around North America).
