    Reviewed Perfect Soft Boiled Eggs

    "BAM! Perfect first attempt. I'm at 100' over sea level. 5 minutes on the button. Thank you to the reviewer with the safety pin trick, that worked like a charm.     I'm a working guy that likes to cook... and I LOVE to cook for friends.

    I love to experiment with new recipies and tastes.

    I've always been interesting in cooking, but I REALLY got hooked after taking a couple of cooking classes at Central Market in Dallas, TX.

    Favorite Foods

    I love New Orleans style cooking, I'm in search of the perfect Gumbo and Jumbalaya.

    My main staple is New Mexico style cooking with red and green chili (when I can get it). I move around a bunch, and have found myself a long way from my "soul food" roots, so finding the ingredients for enchiladas, chili rellenos, gumbo, jumbalaya, ect is a challenge some time.

    I'm not big into big creamy sauces... I like bold food that requires some love and attention to detail.
