    "Other cooks thought this dough was too dry and I thought so too at first. However, it ISN'T! It is more like a shortbread dough, very buttery, making delicious cookies. I recommend if you find the dough too crumbly to take it out of the bowl and really work it with your hands before you roll it... I found that really helped to hold it together. ..."

    "I made these on two different cookie sheets-- one was non-stick and one wasn't. I had a pretty hard time getting them off of the non-nonstick pan without spraying the pan, FYI. Also, I cooked two pans in the oven at a time and let the ones closer to the heat element get brown on the bottom and then swapped them. Even if they are cooked a bit longe..."

    "This soup is SO easy to make. We blend to smooth (like the restaurants do! and garnish with cracked pepper and parm. Serve with warm bread and this is a meal, or an EXCELLENT starter. My Dad couldn't stop eating it. And the recipe doesn't really need to be altered."
