    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I am Canadian and live in the South of England and work in IT. For fun I cook and bake, spend time with friends and my other half. My favourite cookbooks are anything from the Company's Coming range. I am passionate about Life and those close to me. I am interested in everything to do with food, health, nutrtition and of course delectable deserts!!! I have been recently advised that I am intolerant to Gluten, potatoes, milk and Goats milk so I have had a new challenge in my cooking and eating. Although I should be able to add potatoes again one day the gluten my be life long.

    Favorite Foods

My most favourite food is Perogies! However it is something that I have not managed to do well yet. I have learned some new techniques that I hope will help, but now with the gluten intolerance I am going to try it with different flours. My favourite restaurant here is called Malacca, but when I am home in Canada it is definately Earls!!!
