"This is a nice moist wheat bread. My son said it was his favorite bread of all time. Next time I'll probably switch out some white for wheat flour. I made this in the oven rather than in a bread machine. The dough was a little tacky when kneading but it turned out great and I didn't add any more flour to reduce the stickiness. "Wow. This was awesome! It was too salty but even so it still gets 5 stars. Next time I'm doing the same thing but leaving out the salt and reducing the cajun a bit. Mmmmmmm."

"This is one of the best grilled fish recipes I have made. We used Tilapia and this was a little tricky straight on the grill because they are pretty soft. They still turned out wonderful with some careful flipping and a lot of Pam on the grill. Definitely key to have fresh lemon."

"This tastes awesome. I replaced the green pepper with 5 whole cloves of garlic and used Mozzarella. This recipe will get a lot of use."

"Another wonderful bread recipe! We added 1tsp caraway seed and replaced rye with wheat flour. Excellent slightly sweet bread. Not quite a true pumpernickel but you could add cocoa powder and more molasses if you wanted to get closer to pumpernickel. This one is excellent as-is."

"This bread is awesome and easy to make. We love this bread so much that we have been making variations of this recipe with much success. For example we use Leinenkugel's Honeyweiss for this recipe. But another favorite is to use whole-wheat flour, remove the caraway seed, switch to Leinenkugel's Creamy Dark and add dried cranberries (soaked in ..."

"Replaced half-and-half with whole milk. Excellent soup. Will definitely make again. It was plenty thick so next time I'll replace whole milk with skim and maybe add a bit more butter."
