    About Me

I am very new at canning. When I was little I used to help my Mom. Now that she is gone I want to keep the family tradition going. I ahve noticed that things have changed greatly since I was helping her can. We never used a pressure canner (they were hurting people back then because of unsafe practices). Mom always did everything in Hot Water Bath. I think that this is going to be a very fun experince.
