    "I made this recipe for my husband, 9-year old stepson and myself and it was a huge hit! We finished the casserole in 2 days taking it for lunch and dinner the following day. The portions are very large and I can get by eating half of a portion so less points! Love adding shredded lettuce, tomatos and salsa on top."
