    About Me

I love planning tea and light luncheon menus. I guess my very favorite part of the menu is the dessert, especially Individual desserts. I own nearly every cookbook available on the subject of Tea. I do love both hot and iced tea, but what I really have a passion for is the food, and how it is presented.

I am excited about Zaar because it will hook me up with other people who are interested in baking and tea parties.Photobucket

    Favorite Foods

My favorite foods are those associated with tea/light luncheons. I love anything with lemon, especially desserts, any dessert with berries featured such as fruit tarts. I love tea sandwiches, scones with mock devon cream and lemon curd, cream soups, savory tarts, etc. etc. etc.

What then, do you eat for dinner you ask? Well, if I HAVE to eat dinner, my family usually prefers good ole Southern Cuisine a la Paula Dean. We love fried chicken, mashed potatoes, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, etc.
