    About Me

Recipezaar has been my bible for past two years. It amazes me how many great cooks there are in this world. I have had very little failures with the recipes that I've tried so far and will continue on searching for the perfect "keeper" recipes. I do have around two dozen filed recipes that I use regularly and have become staples in my cooking. I grew up eating my mother?s delicious Sicilian cooking but I am open to all culture?s cuisine and I?m not afraid of trying anything.
I?ve given up eating beef and my husband feels deprived a bit but there are so many options today so beef should not be a staple. In short recipezaar really has given me the opportunity to be creative and experimental with cooking.
