"Very tasty chili! I was in a bit of an impromptu position on this recipe and it still came out great. Had a small smoked whole chicken in the freezer that I picked clean for the meat. The smokiness was a nice addition but certainly not necessary. I had a banana pepper in the fridge so I cut that up instead of the two cans of mild chili peppers..."

"Simple and tasty. I forgot to thaw the corn first but just put a lid on the skillet for a few minutes. That did the trick. I also halved the peppers (1/2 red and green. My wife isn't big on green pepper, but she was pleasantly surprised at the mild flavor. It reheats in the microwave well, too!"

"Very tasty, especially if you like Asian flavorings. I got a little ahead of myself and started the salmon too early. When it was finished, I put it in a 200 degree oven until the sauce was ready with no ill effects. I wouldn't do this for too long though. I served this with rice to sop up some of the extra sauce.
