I adjusted the proportions somewhat:-1/2 cup olive oil -juice from one large lemon-1 teaspoon dried oregano-1/2 teaspoon dried basil-1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar (what I had on hand-salt and pepper to taste-1/4 teaspoon sugar, or to taste-3 cloves garlic, minced and mashed to a paste with salt-1/..."
