"Best Artichoke recipe by far, i think the cooking time differs depending on how tight a lid you have and how often you remove the lid. I have made them and the 20 minutes of undisturbed steaming is just about right on. Congratulations!"

"First time making this, it turned out great even though I realized that I only had 2 eggs after I had already come and gone to the store it still worked. I used a rectangular pyrex and it actually was great to be able to see the bottom and avoid burning."

"Saw Bobby on the CBS Sunday Morning Show with this recipe . the quantity of stock to pumpkin is off . Bobby used 3 cups pumpkin to 4 cups stock. Also for those that do not know what Chipotle puree is, it's just Chipotle in adobo thats blended. "I made this with leftover beef vegetable soup, I mashed the veggies and added some tomato sauce and mixed it all with the sausage and pasta. I have a lot of cream cheese on hand so will mix that with some milk and add it to the mix. I will also add some habanero sauce as we love spicy food."

"I made this thinking I had enough time only to get to step 5 and realize I would not, I refrigerated the dough and returned 5 hours later took it out and continued. After putting it in the oven realized I forgot to let it rise for 15 minutes, step 8. It still turned out great. Not as good as my Oma's but that has more to do with the prima material..."
