I am 24 years old, and on my journey to finish my RN. I love to cook, it is one of my greatest passions besides the love for people. I joined Recipezaar because it seemed like I was ALWAYS here anyway, and I love to be a part of many communities. I have tried other recipe sites, and I always find myself migrating back to this one. I have a wonderful fiance, and two great dogs! My whole family (both extended sides) loves to cook, and they make AWESOME food. I look forward to seeing more and more recipes on Recipezaar, so far, I have had nothing but good luck on here! Thanks everyone!
My favorite food of all time is 'Mac n' Cheese' I can't seem to get away from it. I can also make some MEAN jalapeno poppers (my fiance's boss bought all the supplies I needed in bulk, just so I would make him about 15 everyday) I also like to experiment with my cooking, BIG TIME. I love to take a recipe I have found, and if I dont have everything that I need for it, I am great at substituting something else. I also make great oven baked crispy (like fried) chicken, tastes just like fried but so much better for you. My new found favorite restaurant is called Hibachi, its a Japanese steakhouse, and I am in LOVE with the teryaki chicken. Oh and I really enjoy making chinese food, which I have named 'americhi' (its my version of american chinese) and I can make great sticky rice, without a rice cooker!
