"This was a very good chicken recipe. I love how much healthier it is. I didn't have potato starch so I chose to use quinoa flour instead and ended up using 1/2 to 2/3 of the half cup of water. Even though this was good it seemed like it was missing something compared to other chicken recipes I have had."

"I loved this recipe! It was the perfect side. I only had 3 packages of frozen spinach and used a (5 oz package of fresh spinach along with the thawed packages of spinach. I didn't drain the thawed spinach enough so had alot of liquid in the baking dish... but this was perfect on top of the rice we had with it."

"I loved the taste of the spaetzle! However I chose to use a potato ricer to push the batter through which was a huge mistake. I either have to learn how to use the potato ricer better or find something better to use. This recipe is definitely going to be used once I can figure it out.

"I didn't have enough parsley (only about 1-2 tsp dried but overall I liked this. The only negative was that the stuffing seemed a bit dry so if I make this again I may use less bread crumbs and/or more crab. However as this was my first time cooking with artichoke I think this was a success.
