Reviewed Crockpot Salsa Chicken and Black Bean Soup
    Handle
     |  By cinwalsh_8057651

"This was good. I loved the broth. However the chicken tasted really dry (I was actually trying to avoid it while eating and there seemed to be something missing. It is an amazing start though. Maybe if the chicken was cooked separately and then added at the end it might have been better?"

    Reviewed Giant Almond Joy Cookie
    Handle
     |  By Chef Megan Dunn

"I have never had an Almond Joy before but after this recipe I sure want to try it! The only issue I had was that I didn't have a 12 inch cake pan so ended up using a 8 inch. This caused the 'cookie' to become way too deep and took much longer to cook. It was still amazing! I am so going to try this again once I get a larger cake pan and/or make th..."

Reviewed Fabulous Southern-Style Oven Fried Chicken
    Handle
     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By Scoopers

"This was a very good chicken recipe. I love how much healthier it is. I didn't have potato starch so I chose to use quinoa flour instead and ended up using 1/2 to 2/3 of the half cup of water. Even though this was good it seemed like it was missing something compared to other chicken recipes I have had."

"I loved this recipe! It was the perfect side. I only had 3 packages of frozen spinach and used a (5 oz package of fresh spinach along with the thawed packages of spinach. I didn't drain the thawed spinach enough so had alot of liquid in the baking dish... but this was perfect on top of the rice we had with it."

    Reviewed German Spaetzle
    Handle
     |  By HomemadeChef

"I loved the taste of the spaetzle! However I chose to use a potato ricer to push the batter through which was a huge mistake. I either have to learn how to use the potato ricer better or find something better to use. This recipe is definitely going to be used once I can figure it out.

    Made for PAC Fall 2012."

"I used 3 lbs of potatoes instead of the called for 1 and I cut them into wedges/sticks. This was good; however, it had more rosemary then I wanted which would have been amplified if I had used only 1 lb."

    Reviewed Stuffed Artichoke
    Handle
     |  By HomemadeChef

"I didn't have enough parsley (only about 1-2 tsp dried but overall I liked this. The only negative was that the stuffing seemed a bit dry so if I make this again I may use less bread crumbs and/or more crab. However as this was my first time cooking with artichoke I think this was a success.

"This was good. However it seemed rather bland and thick. I think it would have been better with parmesan cheese, garlic and herbs mixed into...... maybe next time I will try it with the additions."

    Reviewed Yogurt Fruit Salad

"I loved this recipe. I used more fruit then called for, about 1 cup of each, and used 1 1/2 cups of yogourt. Instead of using fruit yogourt I used plain low-fat yogourt and added a bit of honey and vanilla. Additionally, I sprinkled cinnamon over top. This was so good that my DH, who was going to make something else for supper, immediately expecte..."

"Loved these muffins. I made them exactly as called for except I might have used a bit more apple. I found that I cooked them a bit longer than called for but this might have been because of the increase in apples. The muffins smelled amazing when they were cooking and I could not wait for them to be done. As soon as my DH tasted your muffins he to..."
