"I loved the crumbly outer edge part. The middle part was a bit too gooey/peanut buttery. So I crumbled them up and made a crust for a low-carb cheese cake out of the middles. I did cut the splenda to 3/4 C, and it was still too splenda-ie for me. Probably 1/2 C would have worked. Going to try this with some almond nut butter I have."

"I learned the hard way not to use 3 jumbo eggs. It turned out too eggy. I think next time either 2 jumbo eggs or 3 regular sized eggs. Otherwise, it was very easy and I think it would have been more cheesecakie than eggy."

"Very surprised at how good this was. I read the reviews, and saw nothing negative, but still had my doubts. It is fantastic. I did double the mushrooms and sprinkled cheddar cheese on top, but otherwise made it as listed. I used country mild sausage. It didn't really need any other seasonings. It is perfect for left over rotisserie chicken."
