Reviewed Clear Lemon Jelly Filling
"I made this to use as doughnut filling. I followed the recipe to the letter. Very delicious! Be sure not to walk away even for a second because it gets thick very quickly. I actually let it go a little too far, but once the butter, zest, and juice went in it was perfect. I will be making this a lot, as I'm a big-time lemon junkie. Thanks so much fo..."

"These were very good and very easy to make. I had a little bit of a problem getting them to rise, but it was a little chilly and I expect that was the only issue. They are very soft and tasty and I will be making them again! I used Clear Lemon Jelly Filling as the filling for these. There are no Dunkin' Donuts up here in Alaska and this was the closest I can g..."

"Decided to make this on a night we had friends over and everyone loved it. The rice was easily the star of the dish. I added fresh sliced portobello mushrooms and sliced garlic to the the rice and followed another reviewers suggestions with deglazing the pan. Nice flavor and wonderful f..."

This could go on forever. I'm a huge fan of mushrooms, fresh baked breads, beef, fresh fruits and vegetables. I think my favorite fruits are sour cherries and blueberries. I also seem to have an obsession with coffee cakes, muffins, and pies and save every recipe I run across. Haha! I could live on tamales and breakfast sandwiches too. Mmmm!
I get on flavor kicks sometimes, preferring certain kinds of food. I think it's seasonal. I'm open to trying anything, which makes Zaar an even more exciting place to be. I think my favorite kitchen hobby has to be trying different bread recipes or making up my own.
